The Red Poppy Design Studio is not liable for any injury to persons or property during the duration of the time at the studio. We are not liable for any lost or stolen property. We do not provide school level art classes for children, or one on one sessions that deviate from the subject of the class. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if the integrity of the class is compromised or if the safety of customers and employees is compromised. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave the property, which may include police escort, if the integrity of the studio or other customers is compromised.

Children may be dropped off and picked up, however, the Red Poppy Design Studio is not a child care service. We are not liable nor responsible for maintaining updated CPR or First Aid training. Leaving your child unattended by a parent or guardian at the class will be done at your own discretion with acknowledgement that we are not liable for any injury sustained during the class. Parent or guardians who leave their child at the studio MUST pick up their child promptly at the end of class. The Red Poppy Studio reserves the right to deny your child further classes if parents do not pick their child up promptly at the end of the class time.
